Who We Are

A Community of Experts Dedicated to Your Success

For nearly four decades, RMC Health has promoted the health of children and youth across the United States by providing enhanced professional development, trainings, technical assistance, and health-related program development. In 1983, we became a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation, the Rocky Mountain Center for Health Promotion and Education. We transformed into RMC Health in 2011. Over the years, our reach has been impressive: we’ve trained more than 35,000 clients who in turn have impacted many more thousands of K-12 students.

We have introduced educators and other professionals in all 50 states and six U.S. territories to best practices for improving health and well-being among the children and youth in their communities. Each year we conduct trainings for more than 1,000 participants including:

• Teachers

• Principals

• School Nurses

• Counselors

• Superintendents

• Public Health Professionals

• Staff at Nonprofit Organizations that share our vision

Our feedback from clients is consistently excellent. In fact, our training participants regularly report improved skills and abilities that make them more effective in their professions.

Our staff includes a group of dedicated and talented trainers led by a distinguished Board of Directors. For the full history of RMC Health, check out our Facebook page. To understand how we can help you tackle your challenges serving children and youth, contact us today.
