Becky Labbo is an Evaluator, and has led the program evaluation for RMC Health’s K-12 Tobacco Prevention Initiative, Professional Development Partnership, and other projects. She is currently the lead evaluator for RMC Health’s substance use prevention programs, Second Chance, and health promotion efforts at the school and district level. Becky has developed evaluation plans including logic models, data collection instruments, and data analysis. She also provides evaluation technical assistance to clients, including evaluation resources, conducting skill-building sessions on evaluation, and works with education and health agencies to use data to write Success Stories.
Prior to joining RMC Health, Ms. Labbo worked as a research associate at McREL, a nonprofit education research development organization, and as a research assistant at the CU Prevention Research Center. She has significant experience in needs assessment, evaluation design, survey development, and data analyses. She is also knowledgeable in the design and delivery, follow-up support, and the evaluation of high quality professional development..
Becky holds a Master Degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver.
